Exchanges & Refunds
Please Mummy is happy to exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Your purchase must be in saleable condition, including all tags, labels, wrapping, etc., and must not be used or worn.
To initiate your exchange or return, please contact us on 0414 700 131.
Where products are being returned for change of mind, we offer a store credit that can be used to purchase any other items from Please Mummy. If your product is faulty, we are happy to exchange the product for new, or to refund your purchase amount. An exchange can only be made where the replacement product is in stock.
Exchanges are not available on sale items. Sale items that are found to be faulty can be exchanged or refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging or refunding, including returning the product to Please Mummy, and the additional shipping cost for the exchange product if applicable. We recommend returning your purchase via a trackable service such as Registered Post. Please Mummy is not responsible for ensuring the safe return of your product for exchange.
