Ordering with Please Mummy is easy! Our shopping cart is simple and fully featured, making shopping a breeze.
Use the left hand menu to browse to the categories that interest you, or shop according to your favourite brand. Click on the thumbnails of the products you like, choose your colour or size where applicable and add them to your cart. Our one-page checkout is a piece of cake.
How safe is the checkout?
The Please Mummy checkout has been designed to keep your details safe. Your credit card information is protected by a 128 bit secure certificate, and none of these details are seen or retained by Please Mummy - they are sent securely and directly to gateway giant Eway for processing. Your personal details will be used to ship your order, and retained within your user account (if registered) for your convenience.
Will I know what postage costs I have to pay before I checkout?
All of our postage costs are available to view on our Shipping page. You will also have the opportunity to find out the postage costs you can expect to pay by using the calculator when viewing your bag. Postage costs will be confirmed in the appropriate step of the checkout, and you'll have a chance to review the total cost before making your payment.
Do I need to register?
You can checkout as a guest, or you can register for an account. Guests will not have accounts with Please Mummy and will have to reenter their details each time they visit. Registered users can store their personal information to eliminate entering it twice, and store multiple shipping addresses, add products to their wishlist and write product reviews. Becoming a registered user has lots of benefits!
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders received before 1pm AEST on business days* will be shipped on the same day, unless specified. Within Australia, orders are all posted via Australia Post's Express Post, and their delivery timeframes apply. If you live in a major metropolitan area, you should receive your order the next business day. Orders being sent to regional areas may take longer to arrive.
* Payment must be received before 1pm AEST (delayed payment methods such as Direct Deposit will take longer to ship)
Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
You sure can! Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your bag, click through to your bag (under the "Your Bag" drop down). Underneath the product outline there is a link to ship to multiple addresses. If you click on this, you will have the option to apply different shipping addresses to each of the products in your bag, and you can add new addresses from this page as well. Please note that you must have an account registered with Please Mummy to take advantage of this shipping option (you can register one as part of the checkout process), and additional shipping costs will apply for each unique address.
How do I pay for my order?
Please Mummy accepts VISA and Mastercard via our secure gateway provider Eway, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order. Please note that when paying by methods other than Credit Card your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed and received. If you need your order urgently, we suggest making your payment by Credit Card.
What if I want to change my order?
As long as your order has not already been dispatched, you are welcome to make alterations to it. Please call us on 0414 700 131 to arrange the changes. Please note that products that are not in stock will not be able to be added to your order. Adding products to your order after it has been dispatched will incur further postage charges.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive an email from us, confirming that your package has been posted.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
We make every effort to ensure the safety of your order, and ship via a trackable method. Unfortunately Australia Post deliveries do occasionally go astray, and this is out of our control. If you are concerned that your package may be lost in transit, we recommend choosing to have it shipped via Registered Post. Please Mummy can not be held responsible for lost parcels.
I purchased the wrong size, can I exchange it?
